The Aviva Stadium, Dublin
Located on the site of IRFU's former Lansdowne Road and situated adjacent to Lansdowne Road railway station, The Aviva Stadium has a seating capacity for 51,700 spectators.
The Aviva Stadium is well served by public transport with bus, DART, Luas and rail bringing fans within close distance of it.
The Irish rugby team will play its home games at the stadium and it will also be used by the FAI for soccer. It is likely the stadium will also host occasional home games for Leinster when the RDS Arena's smaller capacity will not satisfy demand.
Occasional concerts are scheduled for the Aviva Stadium making it an outstanding sporting and entertainment facility in the heart of Dublin.
There is a good choice of hotel accommodation in and around The Aviva Stadium in this suburb of Dublin 4 and it is convenient for many of the hotels in Dublin's central and south city also.
