Ennistymon is a little town in County Clare, on the southern edge of the Burren, only two miles inland from the Atlantic. The town is an ideal base for exploring the natural and historical riches of the west of Ireland.
Situated on the River Cullenagh, the narrow street near the bridge over the river is the oldest part of the town.
Visitor attractions such as boating, dancing, tennis, fishing on the Cullenagh River and the Dealagh River in Ennistymon are to be enjoyed while staying in a hotel in Ennistymon.
The annual Ennistymon Family Festival is a family orientated festival, based around children's activities during the day and music events for adults at night.
